These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital HR mobile application ("the App") provided by IPLEX Technologies Pvt Ltd. The App is made available exclusively to employees of organisations that have subscribed to the Digital HR platform, using credentials issued by their employer. By logging into or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Access
Access to the App is provided to you by your employer for internal HR, attendance, and workforce-management purposes only. You must use the login credentials issued to you and are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any registered NFC card confidential. Notify your HR administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or loss of your NFC card.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — recording attendance, requesting leave, viewing payroll information, managing tasks, and other workplace functions made available to you. You must not:
- Falsify attendance records, location data, or NFC check-ins.
- Share your account credentials with, or check in/out on behalf of, another employee.
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content or documents.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its backend systems.
Misuse of the App may result in disciplinary action under your employer's internal policies, in addition to any action we may take, including suspension of access.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the App, including leave requests, TADA/expense claims, complaints, and profile details. Your employer's approvers rely on this information to process HR and payroll decisions.
4. Location, NFC & Notification Permissions
Certain features (attendance check-in/out, NFC tap-attendance, push notifications) require you to grant the corresponding device permissions. If these permissions are not granted, related features may not function correctly, which remains your responsibility if it affects your recorded attendance.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logo, and underlying software, is owned by IPLEX Technologies Pvt Ltd and/or its licensors. Your employer's HR content (policies, notices, documents) remains the property of your employer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App solely for its intended employment purpose during your period of employment.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, including Firebase (Google), for push notifications and related infrastructure. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers.
7. Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the App available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IPLEX Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss arising from inaccurate location, network, or attendance data outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
Your access to the App will be suspended or terminated when your employment ends or at your employer's request, or if you breach these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, liability) will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please refer to the "Last updated" date above.
